Returns or exchanges are accepted provided the items have met our terms and conditions:


  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items
  • Return/exchanges request must be made within 21 days from the date of purchase.
  • Exchanges are only eligible for local orders within Singapore.
  • If the return item does not pass our terms and conditions, the item will be sent back to you at a re-delivery fee of $3.50, to be borne by the customer.
  • All accessories, intimates and sale items are strictly non refundable & not eligible for exchange

Exchange For Size
Fit is important. We want to ensure you receive your right size, so we offer free exchanges in size* for your first order. Applicable to SG & MY orders only.

Once we have received your original item and checked it against our terms and conditions, your new size will be sent to you.

Items may only be exchanged once for free, thereafter all postal fees are to be borne by the customer.

Exchange For Other Product
For an exchange for a different product*, postal fees are to be borne by the customer irrespective if it is a first order.

Request An Exchange

Return the original item to us via your selected return method (Courier, PostCo Drop-off or your own preferred method). There is a $3.50 charge for a courier pick up or postco drop-off.

Once we have received your original item and checked it against our terms and conditions, your new size will be sent to you.

  • If the new item is of higher value, you will be required to top-up the price difference. If the new item is of lower value, you will be refunded the price difference via store credits
  • If you purchased with an affiliate/partner discount code on your order, the discount code will not be applicable on the new item.

*Subject to availability. If your requested item is not available, you may exchange it for another item in our store, taking into account the price difference. Alternatively, you may return the item for Store Credit.

If it’s not your first order, postal fees are to be borne by the customer for an exchange in size or product.

    • We are unable to accept exchanges for orders outside of SG/MY at the moment. If you’d like to exchange your item, please send it back as a return and place a new order.

      You may ship the items to the address below using any prepaid and trackable return method. Returns must be shipped within 21 days of the delivery of your order. Please include your order number as a reference. All postal fees, custom fees and taxes are to be borne by the customer.

Once we have received your parcel, please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process your refund/exchange. For exchanges, an additional 5-7 business days is needed for your replacement item to reach you.
